Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services through
• structured conversations (calling & scripts provided).
• Understand customer needs by asking the right questions and provide relevant solutions to close sales.
• Answer queries related to company products and services confidently.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM with disciplined follow-ups.
• Handle customer objections and grievances in a professional manner to preserve the company's reputation.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, going the extra mile to maximize conversions.
• Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, sales progress, and follow-ups.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi required).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Proven track record in telesales/sales/customer service with targets (phone-based sales experience preferred). • Ability to learn quickly about financial products and explain them in a simple manner to prospects.
