Job Title: Customer Relationship Management – Intern / GET
Location: Guindy, Chennai

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Intern / GET who will support our customer relationship operations. The role involves regular customer follow-ups, coordinating with service engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in customer coordination, service management, and operational communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding service status, product updates, and pending actions.
• Coordinate with service engineers to track issue status, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
• Log customer issues, engineer updates, and resolution timelines in CRM tools (training will be provided).
• Maintain clear communication between customers and internal teams.
• Escalate critical issues to senior team members when needed.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on open issues, follow-ups, and completed tasks.
• Support admin and basic operational tasks related to customer service.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through prompt responses and professional communication.
Required Skills
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of customer service or coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets is an advantage.
Education
• Any Graduate or Diploma (Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
