We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate to join our team at Prestige Recruiters (opc) Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors and identify irregularities promptly.

• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

1. This role is a full-time outbound calling job for an NGO donor/client engagement process in Noida.

2. You must be comfortable making daily target-based calls, speaking politely and clearly in Hindi/English, and maintaining proper call records.

3. Only female candidates (18–30 years) are eligible.
