As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the first and most important point of contact for our guests. Your mission is to ensure every client feels valued, pampered, and connected — while driving sales through personalized recommendations and membership programs.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Welcome every client with grace, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Understand each guest’s wellness goals and suggest suitable therapies or packages.
Manage daily bookings, walk-ins, and therapist scheduling for smooth operations.
Ensure an exceptional guest journey — from check-in to feedback collection.
Sales & Relationship Building
Promote spa memberships, wellness packages, and upgrades with confidence and sincerity.
Build and maintain relationships with regular clients through calls, WhatsApp updates, and special offers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer retention targets.
Proactively manage feedback and resolve service concerns to ensure loyalty.
Front Desk & Coordination
Handle billing, payments, and daily reporting with accuracy.
Coordinate with therapists and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain an elegant, organized, and soothing reception environment.
Support spa marketing activities, including client outreach and seasonal promotions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Business, or related field).
1–4 years of experience in luxury spa, wellness, salon, or hospitality environments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polished, and customer-centric personality.
Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
