Join our team as a dedicated Customer Care Executive with a strong background in Education at Swastika Institute Of Higher Education & Technology in Indore, Vijay Nagar. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹15000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires 12th Pass and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
