Job Role: Customer Care Executive
We are currently hiring Customer Care Executives for a reputed process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess strong communication skills.
Qualification Required:
Minimum qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) or any higher degree.
Freshers and candidates with prior experience in customer support are welcome.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is mandatory.
In addition to English, candidates must know any two South Indian languages from the following: Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi.
It is essential that candidates are not only able to speak these languages but are also comfortable with numbers in the respective languages, as they may be required to communicate key details like OTPs, bill amounts, or order IDs.
Salary Details:
CTC: ₹16,000 per month
Take-home Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time role with 6 days of working each week.
The shift timings will be rotational, based on the process allocation.
Weekly offs will also be rotational and will vary depending on the team's scheduling and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls or other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain professionalism and follow standard procedures for communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
