We are looking for a confident and motivated Real Estate Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain residential plot details to customers, and schedule site visit appointments. The role focuses on lead follow-up, customer engagement, and appointment fixing.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain plot details clearly (location, size, pricing, amenities, approvals, payment options)
Understand customer requirements and answer basic questions
Convince interested customers and fix appointments for site visits
Coordinate with the sales/site team for scheduled visits
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments
Regularly follow up with interested leads to close site visit confirmations
