We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving monthly sales targets for credit card products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Promote and sell various credit card products to individual customers.
Approach potential customers through field visits, tele-calling, or kiosk campaigns.
Clearly explain credit card benefits, features, eligibility, fees, and charges.
Collect and verify customer documents to complete the application process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any queries promptly and professionally.
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in credit card sales, loan sales, insurance, or other financial products preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Base Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sundays off (as per company policy)
