The Loan Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our loan portfolio by identifying and connecting with potential clients. This role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable loan products, and maintaining a strong client relationship to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for loan products.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs.
Recommend appropriate loan products based on client needs and financial status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest loan products and market trends.
12th or Bachelor’s degree .
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of loan products and financial services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
