We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Inside Sales Manager with proven experience in international/overseas markets. The ideal candidate will drive global lead generation, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth by building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline.
· Develop and implement strategies for overseas lead generation and sales conversion.
· Manage the complete inside sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
· Identify and target international markets to expand business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with Marketing & Operations teams to align sales campaigns with company objectives.
· Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
· Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the global market.
· Mentor and guide inside sales executives to boost productivity and effectiveness.
· Strong B2B inside sales expertise with focus on overseas clients.
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills with international client handling experience.
· Proven ability to manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
· Deep understanding of global business cultures and practices.
· Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
· Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
· 5+ years of relevant sales experience (minimum 3 years in overseas sales).
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Flexibility to work across different time zones.
