The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software.

• Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate.

• Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages a plus).

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
