💼 Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

💰 Salary: Up to 20,000 per month

🧑‍💻 Experience: 0–2 years

✅ Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries related to training programs and provide accurate information

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Counsel students regarding manual and automation testing courses

Coordinate with the HR and faculty team for admissions and batch updates

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Assist in basic marketing and promotional activities when required

🎯Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided)

Sales mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
