sparkvision Infotech is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the Algo Software industry. The role involves engaging with existing and potential clients post-sales to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve queries, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers sale to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Address client queries and provide necessary guidance on software usage.

• Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field.
