The role involves interacting with students and professionals, promoting our training programs, conducting sales calls, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, outreach, and networking

• Connect with college students, fresh graduates, and working professionals

• Explain Hireinside’s services, training modules, and program benefits clearly

• Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, demos, and assist in enrolment closures

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets

• Maintain strong relationships with leads, clients, partners, and repeat prospects

• Support marketing campaigns and contribute to brand awareness activities

• Work closely with the business growth and operations team to ensure smooth conversions

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
