About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive – ( Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Executive ) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our sales function by engaging potential clients via phone, email, and digital platforms, while also contributing to brand visibility and lead generation through basic digital marketing activities. This is a dual-role position combining inside sales activities with hands-on digital marketing execution, ideal for candidates eager to grow in a fast-paced IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
Work on provided databases to initiate contact with prospects via phone and email.
Present company offerings, including:
IT Resource Outsourcing
IT Products & Solutions (Networking, Infrastructure, Software, etc.) "
Identify and connect with key decision-makers (IT Heads, HR, Admin, Procurement, etc.).
Share company profiles and service portfolios over email.
Schedule virtual meetings and participate in introductory calls.
Coordinate with field sales teams for physical meetings.
Track field sales personnel movements and daily activities.
Maintain lead trackers and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly."
Digital Marketing:
Assist in executing digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook.
Create and share posts about service offerings, client success stories, and industry insights.
Run and monitor email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
Support lead generation efforts through social media and Google tools.
Coordinate with third-party digital agencies for creatives/content, when applicable.
Monitor engagement metrics and prepare monthly reports on digital outreach and leads."
Skills Required
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, email communication, and virtual meetings.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
Familiarity with email campaign tools (Mailchimp, Zoho), CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to organize, follow up, and coordinate effectively.
Eagerness to learn about IT solutions and services."
Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.
