We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, lead generation, and client engagement, preferably within the EdTech sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and promoting our professional certification and training programs.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions for our certification and training programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing (EdTech background preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
