We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the share market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products, especially equity markets, and possess excellent communication and client acquisition skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and helping them invest in the stock market through our platform.
Generate and convert leads for demat and trading accounts.
Pitch stock market-related products and services to prospective clients.
Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
Guide clients in stock selection, investment strategies, and market trends (within regulatory limits).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up with market movements and updates to effectively communicate with clients.
Maintain a strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, KYC, etc.).
Conduct client meetings, webinars, and telephonic consultations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales within the share market, stock broking, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and trading platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
NISM certifications (preferably Series VII or equivalent) are an added advantage
