Royal Goldfieldd Club Resort is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving membership sales by engaging with inbound leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and conduct professional tele-calling to generate interest in Royal
Goldfieldd Club Resort memberships.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth sales journey.
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and customer interactions using CRM
Assist with regular office activities as required.
Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Stay updated on product offerings and resort benefits to provide accurate information to
prospects.
Utilize internet and social media platforms for lead engagement and information
gathering.
Requirements:
Proficiency in basic Word and Excel.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Computer literacy with knowledge of internet browsing and social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work from our Mumbai office.
Work Details:
Location: Mumbai
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Travel Conveyance: Provided as per location
