Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and helping drive in the interior design company’s growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Present company products/services to potential clients and understand their requirements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.
Schedule meetings, demos, or calls between clients and senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales or outreach targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Business, Marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
