We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive (FinTech) to promote and sell our financial technology services and Fintech solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FinTech services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FinTech and IT services Sell FinTech products such as payment solutions, digital banking software, APIs, or SaaS platforms
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT/FinTech solutions
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate sales reports
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Proven experience in IT Sales, FinTech Sales, or B2B SaaS sales
Strong understanding of FinTech services and IT services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
Experience selling FinTech/IT services
Knowledge of financial services, startups, IT solutions
Experience in domestic or international sales
