Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new Domestic/ International sales opportunities for event-based services.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with Domestic/ International clients via phone and email.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized event solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to confirmed business.
• Coordinate with internal departments (event operations, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
