Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can handle outbound calling, follow-ups, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to the leads provided by the company.
• Explain product details, benefits, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
• Convert inbound & outbound leads into confirmed sales.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/Excel with follow-up details.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth conversions.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
