Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our outbound sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products or services, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and handle customer queries effectively.
Adhere to call scripts, compliance standards, and quality parameters.
Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–3 years in outbound telesales / telemarketing / voice process (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and [local language as applicable].
Sales Skills: Persuasive, target-driven, and confident on the phone.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Soft Skills: Good listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
Collaborate with team members and report sales performance to supervisors.
Experience in BPO / Call Center / Telecalling / Banking / Insurance / Telecom / EdTech / E-commerce sectors.
Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
