Provide one-on-one academic counselling to students regarding program selection, course planning, and career goals.
Advise students on eligibility, admission procedures, academic policies, and curriculum requirements.
Follow up with leads generated through various channels such as online platforms, walk-ins, or referrals.
Assess student interests, aptitudes, and aspirations to suggest appropriate academic pathways.
Maintain student records and counselling session reports accurately and confidentially.
Assist with enrolment and orientation processes for new students.
Coordinate with faculty and academic departments to resolve student concerns.
Conduct group counselling sessions, webinars, and information sessions for academic awareness.
Stay updated with changes in course offerings, institutional policies, and educational trends.
Provide support in developing and implementing student retention strategies.

Familiarity with academic systems and career counselling tools
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
1–3 years of experience in academic counselling or educational guidance roles
Certification in career or academic counselling (preferred)
