Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Academic Counsellor who can effectively counsel students and parents, while also excelling in selling Olympiad courses and achieving registration targets.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about Olympiad opportunities, courses, and benefits.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups and persuasion.
Achieve monthly targets for course sales and student registrations.
Conduct demo sessions, webinars, and awareness workshops to generate interest.
Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails for student/parent queries.
Build long-term trust and relationships with parents and schools.
Track student enrollment data and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with marketing & teaching teams to maximize reach and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
Proven experience in sales/counselling in the education or edtech sector.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi).
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with parents, schools, and students.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
