Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
3-5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing clients in the recruitment domain.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing solutions, and industry dynamics.
Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify new leads, research markets, and generate business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Client Engagement- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored IT solutions.
Sales & Negotiation- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Key Skills Required:
Good knowledge of vendor management, including vendor engagement, handling, negotiation, onboarding, and performance evaluation to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective partnerships.
