URGENT REQUIREMENT Requirement for: Service/ Commissioning Person for PSA Plants Eligibility: ITI/ 12th Pass Experience: Prior experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of industrial air/gas systems, compressors, or similar process equipment. Job Description: a) He should be having a strong technical background to identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and control systems (e.g., compressors, valves, control logic, adsorbent materials). b) He should be able to oversee and perform the mechanical and electrical installation, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning of new PSA plants at customer sites. This includes verifying the operation of all components, alarms, and safety systems. c) He should be able to conduct routine and preventive maintenance inspections (e.g., filter replacements, checking pressures and oxygen concentration) to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of the equipment. Diagnose and repair equipment failures on-site. d) He should be competent in basic and intermediate troubleshooting of the PSA plant and associated equipment to ensure proper performance parameters are met (e.g., oxygen flow rate, pressure, and purity). Salary: As per industry standard, depending upon the experience and expertise.
