Technician – Solar Installation & Electrical Work

We are looking for an Technician to join our team at Sunroof Solar Solutions for solar installation, electrical wiring, repair, maintenance, and servicing work. The role involves installing and troubleshooting solar systems, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring smooth site operations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7,000 - ₹17,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain solar panels, inverters, and electrical wiring.
Repair or replace faulty electrical equipment and components.
Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot systems efficiently.
Read electrical diagrams and coordinate with team members.
Follow safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.
Prepare basic service reports and maintain work records.
Coordinate tasks effectively to ensure timely and quality work.
Stay updated on industry practices and installation techniques.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: ITI Electrician / Wireman or equivalent.
Experience: 0 - 5 years.
Freshers can also apply.
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and solar systems preferred.
Ability to multitask and explain technical issues clearly.
Must follow health & safety guidelines.
Basic MS Office knowledge is an added advantage.

₹7,000 – ₹17,000 per month (In-hand)
