The Technician will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality inspection of crane spare parts. The role involves handling mechanical and electrical components, following production processes, and ensuring high-quality standards.
Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of crane spare parts such as motors, brakes, controllers, limit switches, couplings, etc.
Perform fitting, wiring, and mechanical alignment during assembly.
Conduct quality checks on parts as per company specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical or electrical issues during production.
Operate workshop tools like drilling machines, grinders, crimping tools, and measuring instruments.
Prepare and maintain production and inspection reports.
Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for technical guidance.
Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Provide support to the service or dispatch team when required.
ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Electrician, Wireman, or Mechanical/Electrical field.
Basic knowledge of crane components and industrial spare parts is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Experience with assembly line work preferred.
Good troubleshooting and measurement skills.
Teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
0–1 year in manufacturing or service industry (preferably in crane/hoist/industrial products).
