Job Summary

Shroti Telecom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Field Technicians to handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment at various sites across UP West.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up telecom equipment at assigned sites.

• Perform wiring, cabling, equipment testing, and commissioning.

• Maintain and troubleshoot DC power systems, SMPS, batteries, and electrical panels.

• Inspect telecom equipment and resolve technical faults.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates properly.

• Prepare site visit reports, maintenance records, and installation reports.

• Coordinate with the technical team and report site issues on time.

• Follow safety guidelines while working at telecom sites.

• Travel across UP West as per project requirements.

Educational Qualification

• ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.

• Candidates with an Electronics background are preferred.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic equipment.

• Understanding of wiring, cabling, installation, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of testing instruments and tools.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel across UP West.

• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can apply.

Experience

• Freshers to 3 years of experience.

• Experience in telecom infrastructure, power systems, or field maintenance will be an advantage.

Salary

Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
