We are looking for a Solar O&M Engineer to join our team at Rkr Solar Private Limited to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment of solar sites. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹21000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

• Take complete O&M ownership of assigned solar sites within the cluster.

• Perform daily monitoring of plant generation, PR, alarms, and breakdowns.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of:

• Inverters, Transformers, AC/DC panels, Protection and earthing systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve faults related to:

• PV modules, AJBs, DC/AC cables, Communication and monitoring systems

• Coordinate effectively with technicians and module cleaning teams.

• Ensure timely module cleaning to minimize generation losses.

• Ensure fault identification, escalation, and closure within defined TAT.

• Prepare and submit daily / weekly reports including:

• Generation, PR, Breakdowns, Maintenance activities

• Ensure strict compliance with: Safety standards, Quality procedures, Client and company SOPs

• Act as the single point of responsibility for the assigned site, without the need for repeated follow-ups.
