Key Responsibilities & Skills

As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for the physical installation and technical setup of solar power systems. Your primary duties will include:

• Solar Panel Installation: Mounting and securing solar panels on various structures according to technical specifications.

• Panel Wiring: Handling the electrical wiring and connections between panels, inverters, and power grids.

• Site Maintenance: Ensuring all components are functioning efficiently and performing troubleshooting where necessary.

• Safety Compliance: Following all field safety protocols while working at heights or with electrical equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 10th Standard or below.

• Experience: Open to all (Experience is preferred but "Any" experience level is accepted).

• Skills Required: Panel wiring and Solar panel installation.

• Language: No English language skills required.

• Gender: Male.

• Age Limit: 18 – 60 years.
