Job Summary

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of patients, guests, staff, and property. The role involves continuous observation of CCTV cameras, reporting suspicious activities, and coordinating with the security and administration teams to maintain a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems on a regular basis.

Identify and report any suspicious activities, safety risks, or security breaches.

Maintain confidentiality and handle surveillance footage responsibly.

Record incidents and prepare basic daily security reports.

Coordinate with security staff during emergencies or unusual situations.

Ensure all cameras and monitoring equipment are functioning properly.

Follow hospital/hospitality safety, security, and privacy policies.

Assist in investigations by reviewing and providing CCTV footage when required.

Maintain log books and shift handover reports accurately.

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems (DVR/NVR).

Good observation and attention to detail.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Calm and alert nature with quick response skills.

Good communication and reporting skills
