We are forwarding the requirement details for multiple technical positions at your esteemed organization located in Por GIDC, Vadodara for your kind review and candidate sourcing support.

🔹 1. Design Engineer (Machine Division)

Experience: 4 – 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Machine Design Engineering

Role Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, and improving machines and mechanical systems used in packaging and printing industries. Includes CAD design, machine development, and support in installation & commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design machines, tools, and mechanical components for production lines

• Prepare 2D & 3D drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)

• Improve existing machines for efficiency and productivity

• Prepare BOM, technical specifications, and design documentation

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning

• Coordinate with vendors for parts development and procurement

• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards

• Support automation and continuous improvement projects

Key Requirements:

• Strong CAD software skills (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo)

• Knowledge of mechanical design, pneumatics, hydraulics

• Understanding of printing/packaging machines preferred

• Ability to read engineering drawings

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in machine design/automation preferred

• Immediate / short notice joiners preferred

🔹 2. Assistant Ink Chemist (Printing Department)

Experience: 4 – 5 Years
Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) / Diploma in Printing or Plastics / IIP

Role Summary:

Responsible for monitoring ink quality, process compliance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in printing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine inspection and quality testing of products

• Identify and record quality issues

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards

• Coordinate with production for consistent quality output

• Work on shop floor and follow production processes

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control

• Strong knowledge of printing inks, solvents, pigments, additives

• Understanding of Roto Gravure & Flexo printing processes

• Documentation and reporting skills

• Exposure to production environment required

• BRCGS / ISO exposure preferred

• Immediate / short notice joiners preferred

🔹 3. Assistant Printing Machine Operator – Roto Gravure Division

Experience: 3 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Printing / Plastics / ITI

Role Summary:

Supports operation and maintenance of rotogravure printing machines for packaging production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading cylinders, inks, substrates

• Monitor ink registration, viscosity, print quality

• Machine adjustments during production

• Routine maintenance & troubleshooting

• Use of spectrophotometer

• Follow production schedule & safety standards

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of printing machines & processes

• Basic troubleshooting skills

• Shift working flexibility

• Roto Gravure experience mandatory

• Immediate joiners preferred

🔹 4. Assistant Printing Machine Operator – Flexo (Narrow Web Division)

Experience: 3 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Printing / Plastics / ITI

Role Summary:

Support operation of narrow web flexo printing machines (including Omet Ilfex 370mm, 10 color automatic machine).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plate mounting & machine setup

• Ink preparation & viscosity control

• Print registration & color consistency

• Maintenance support & troubleshooting

• Spectrophotometer operation

• Ensure production targets & quality compliance

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing process

• Experience in narrow web flexo machines mandatory

• Knowledge of inks, substrates, anilox rollers

• Machine handling & troubleshooting ability

• Shift work & production discipline

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Transport facility will be provided to selected candidates from Sardar Estate, Ajwa Road.

• 🕢 Reporting Time: 7:30 AM (Morning)
