We are looking for a ITI Electrician Technician to join our team at LINEAGE POWER Private Limited to assembly, electrical connections, machine operation, testing and quality checking of battery/BESS products. Cable/wire routing and connections

Basic electrical testing

Panel/component assembly

Checking connections and identifying basic fault etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,850 - ₹21,196 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly and production activities as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Assemble electrical, electronic and battery-related components.

Perform cable routing, wiring and basic electrical connections.

Operate production machines and equipment after proper training.

Carry out visual inspection and basic quality checks of components and finished products.

Follow work instructions, production targets and safety procedures.

Identify and report defects, abnormalities or machine issues to the supervisor.

Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and workplace cleanliness.

Use hand tools, measuring instruments and other production tools safely.

Follow PPE and electrical/battery safety requirements.

Support the team in testing, troubleshooting and rework activities when required.

Maintain proper production records and documentation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI ELETCRICIAN AND DIPLOMA E&E AND E&C and 0 - 6 months of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations.
