We are building a professional technician network in Bengaluru for a growing home-services platform specializing in glass, aluminium, uPVC, doors, windows and related repair/installation work.

We are looking for experienced technicians, installers, fitters, fabricators and repair professionals who can visit customer locations and complete service jobs professionally.

Glass

- Glass installation/replacement

- Toughened glass

- Glass railings

- Mirrors

- Glass hardware, hinges, handles and locks

Aluminium

- Aluminium windows & doors

- Sliding windows/doors

- Aluminium frames

- Glass fitting

- Rollers, handles, locks and hinges

- Alignment and repair

- Sealing/leakage-related work

uPVC

- uPVC windows & doors

- Sliding/openable windows

- Window/door repair

- Rollers, handles, locks and hinges

- Rubber/gaskets/seals

- Water/air leakage

- Alignment and closing/opening problems

- Glass replacement

Other

- Mosquito mesh/net installation & replacement

- Door/window hardware replacement

- General door & window repair

- Measurement and site inspection

Who we want

You can be a specialist in one category or a multi-skilled technician.

Priority will be given to technicians who can handle multiple types of work.

You should:

- Have practical field experience

- Be comfortable visiting customer homes/offices

- Have your own basic tools where applicable

- Be professional and respectful with customers

- Follow company instructions and pricing

- Provide accurate job/site information

- Maintain good behaviour and communication

- Not directly promote your own business or services to our customers

- Not collect customer payments directly

- Be willing to work through our platform/system

How it works

Technicians can register/onboard through our platform and receive service bookings according to their skills and location.

Customers make payment to the company/platform. Technicians will be paid by the company according to the agreed payment structure.

We are looking for people interested in regular service work, not just one-time jobs.
