Job Title: Site Technician

Company Name: Motivus Innovation Power Private Limited

Location: Field Based (Multiple Sites)

Role Summary: Responsible for the maintenance, and troubleshooting of batteries at client sites, ensuring optimal performance, longevity, and safe operations of battery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection on Customer sites.

• Collaborate with teams to support site operations and resolve challenges.

• Diagnose basic faults, assess battery health, and assist in repairs or regeneration processes.

• Operate regeneration machines and ensure proper handling of batteries.

• Handle tools effectively with understanding of earthing and prevention of electrical shocks.

• Conduct routine inspections and follow safety protocols to prevent hazards. Document battery test results, regeneration activities, and site reports accurately.

Qualifications:

Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Should understand- 1-Phase and 3-Phase electricity trade

Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers are also welcome)

Skills:

• Should be expert in electrical connections.

• Should have awareness of electrical safety practices, Do’s and Don’ts.

• Possess practical knowledge of electrical circuits (doorbell, tube light, motor connection, switch and socket connections).

• Knowledge of lead-acid, lithium-ion, and other industrial batteries.

• Eager to learn new skills. o Strong troubleshooting, repair, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges
