Technician

About the role

You’ll be on the ground installing and maintaining solar systems for homes, offices, farms, and factories. You’ll work with engineers to make sure panels, structures, and wiring go up safely, correctly, and on schedule.

Location- Kundali

Key Responsibilities

Installation: Mount solar panel structures, fix panels, do DC/AC wiring, connect inverters, combiner boxes, and earthing

Site work: Do site surveys, shading analysis, rooftop measurements, and marking with engineer

Testing: Use multimeter/clamp meter to check voltage, current, insulation, continuity after installation

Commissioning: Support net-metering setup, coordinate with DISCOM officials for inspection

Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, clean panels, check for loose connections, replace faulty components

Safety: Follow electrical safety, work-at-height, and PPE rules. Use safety belts/harnesses on rooftops

Documentation: Take site photos, fill daily progress sheets, log material used and issues faced

Customer support: Explain basic system operation + maintenance tips to homeowners after install
