We are looking for a OT Technician/ Scrub Nurse to join our team Sahayog Hospital. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000-30000 per month with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting surgeons, interventional radiologists, and nurse practitioners during procedures.

• Preparing the operating room table, tools, and equipment prior to surgery.

• Ensuring sterility and safety is maintained before, during, and after the procedure

• Providing emotional support to patients and their family members throughout their hospitalization

• Collaborating with the circulating nurse in monitoring vitals, assessing skin integrity, and communicating with family members throughout the perioperative period.

• Documenting surgical details in the patient’s electronic health record (EHR)

• Performing postoperative needle, sponge, and instrument counts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Bsc Nursing/ OT Diploma and 1-3 years. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
