Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Earbuds Assembly Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling earbud components, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency on the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble earbud components such as speakers, wires, casing, and connectors as per company guidelines.

• Perform basic soldering and wiring tasks (if required).

• Conduct quality checks to ensure proper sound output and functionality.

• Identify and report any defects or issues in components or finished products.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

• Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle small components with precision.

• Basic understanding of quality control.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or ITI (Electronics preferred).

• Freshers or candidates with experience in electronics assembly are welcome.

Working Conditions:

• Factory/production floor environment.

• May require sitting for long hours and repetitive tasks.
