Swagelok Technician / Tube Fitting Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swagelok Technician to install, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot tubing systems and instrumentation fittings using Swagelok components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tube bending, installation, leak testing, and adherence to safety and quality standards in industrial environments such as oil & gas, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or automation industries.

Responsibilities

Installation and assembly of Swagelok tube fittings, valves, regulators, and instrumentation components
Tube cutting, bending, routing, and installation as per engineering drawings and specifications
Perform leak testing, pressure testing, and system integrity checks
Read and interpret P&ID drawings, isometric drawings, and technical schematics
Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of fluid and gas systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and industry regulations
Inspection of installed systems to ensure proper alignment and fitting integrity
Support commissioning and startup activities
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
Prepare installation reports and documentation
Coordinate with engineering and project teams during installation and maintenance work
