Store Manager Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers

• Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities

• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
