We are looking for DAT - Structural & Vehicle Attribute Testing to join our team at EV 2 Wheelers .
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 19,000 - ₹ 19,001 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and executing components & vehicle level durability tests as per standards ‒ Handling measuring instruments like vernier calipers, dial gauges, inclinometers. ‒ Operational skill in manufacturing/machining operations like cutting, welding, drilling & tapping. ‒ Responsible for setting up test benches with pneumatic & hydraulic actuators for durability testing. ‒ Operation & maintenance of servo hydraulic actuators. ‒ Responsible for proper usage of equipment/Instruments and machineries. ‒ 5S and Lab safety maintenance. ‒ Working knowledge on MS Excel and Word. ‒ Understanding on updating & maintaining lab documents, services & calibration activities. ‒ Knowledge in CAD tool Solidworks and NX.
Here’s what we’re looking for
‒ Understanding of electric vehicles and performance. ‒ Experience of working in a mechanical durability or technical support group. ‒ Knowledge in fixturing/test development. ‒ Good in technical communication skills & Punctuality.
Qualification ‒ DIplamo/ ITI in mechanical engineering/Mechatronics. ‒ Mechanical engineer with basic electrical knowledge.
