Install, configure, and demonstrate digital safety lockers at customer sites.
Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs on electronic/digital locks.
Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and quality checks.
Replace faulty components (keypads, circuits, sensors, batteries, etc.).
Ensure proper functioning of biometric, PIN, and RFID systems.
Maintain service logs, repair reports, and customer documentation.
Provide on-site customer support and training.
Coordinate with service manager for escalations and spares.
Follow all safety & security guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
Experience in digital lockers, electronic appliances, or small electronics repair.
Strong troubleshooting and wiring skills.
Ability to read circuit diagrams and service manuals.
Good communication & customer-handling ability.
Two-wheeler & valid DL preferred.
Must be able to travel across Rajasthan for installations and service visits.
Extensive field visits.
Timely response to customer complaints and breakdown calls.
Carrying basic tools/equipment as required.
