Responsible for PTH line soldering, soldering quality, takt time meeting for soldering line, ➢ Responsible for Repair and Rework Station functions like PCB repairing from PCB Testing station, Touch up of PCB from AOI, Wave Soldering and Visual inspection station ➢ Responsible for following of PCB Testing Procedures, Soldering Quality checking, Rework & Repair of SMD and Through hole components Quality checking, PCB and Components handling, ESD implementation, ➢ Knowledge of Schematic Diagram, Gerber, CAD Data, PCB Testing Jigs, ➢ Knowledge of use of Soldering and De Soldering Station, Multimeter, Ampere meter, ESD Tester, Tip Temperature analyzer, Temperature & Humidity analyzer
