Role: Field Service Technician
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
- Experience in field service / installation / maintenance preferred
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
Job Responsibilities
- Install and service access control systems and related hardware
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Test systems after installation or repair to ensure proper functioning
- Coordinate with supervisors, project teams, and office staff to complete assigned work on schedule
- Attend service calls and support breakdown maintenance activities
- Maintain service reports and update work completion status regularly
Key Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, and servicing of:
- Access Control Systems
- Electronic / Mechanical Locks
- Automatic Sliding & Swing Doors
- Door Closers, Floor Springs, and Glass Door Hardware
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians during installation and maintenance activities
- Support in cleaning and maintaining devices and equipment
- Carry tools, materials, and required objects to work locations
- Travel along with the service team for customer support and project assistance
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during field operations
