Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Ground Operations Executive to manage on-ground installation, servicing, and maintenance of devices and equipment. The role requires regular fieldwork, coordination with internal teams, and handling operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace cameras and related devices in vehicles

• Visit field locations daily for inspections and service tasks

• Diagnose technical issues and perform basic troubleshooting

• Maintain records of work completed and report status updates

• Coordinate with the support and command center teams

• Ensure tools and equipment are handled properly

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma/Any Graduation (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, or hardware

• Willingness to work in the field and travel daily

• Should be comfortable with flexible working hours

• Ability to use basic mobile apps for reporting work

Experience

• 0–2 years in field operations/technician role (Freshers can apply)

Skills

• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication

• Time management

• Willingness to learn and grow
