We are looking for an experienced Solar Installer to join our team at Avina Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The role involves installing solar panels, mounting structures, electrical wiring, earthing systems, inverters and other solar equipment across residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and mount solar panels on rooftops, tin sheds and ground-mounted structures.

• Install GI/MS solar mounting structures, including legs, rafters, purlins and fasteners.

• Ensure proper panel alignment, placement, tilt angle and spacing.

• Perform DC and AC cable laying, routing, dressing and connections.

• Install and crimp MC4 connectors.

• Install ACDB, DCDB and solar inverters.

• Execute chemical earthing, equipment earthing and lightning arrester installation.

• Install cable trays, conduits and electrical accessories.

• Perform drilling, cutting, welding and basic structure fabrication.

• Read and understand solar installation layouts and drawings.

• Follow site safety standards and complete installation within project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• 1–5 years of practical experience in solar installation.

• Hands-on experience in residential, commercial and industrial solar projects.

• Strong knowledge of solar structures, panel mounting, DC/AC wiring and earthing.

• Ability to independently execute complete solar installation work.

• Knowledge of installation tools, equipment and safety procedures.

• ITI (Electrician) or relevant technical qualification preferred.

• Willingness to travel to different project sites.
