Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, installing, and commissioning BMS and ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems. The role involves technical coordination, site execution, client interaction, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute BMS & ELV projects from start to completion
· Installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems
· Develop and review technical designs and ensure compliance with standards
· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
· Handle project documentation (designs, test reports, as-built drawings)
· Ensure HSE compliance and quality standards
· Prepare project progress and status reports
· Support, guide, and mentor junior engineers
Technical Skills:
· ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, and BMS
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
