Job Title: Technical Manager – Building Materials & Metal Testing Lab
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Manager who has experience working in a building materials and metal testing laboratory. The candidate should know how to perform tests on construction materials (cement, concrete, sand, aggregates, bricks, soil) and basic metal tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise daily material and metal tests.

• Ensure tests follow IS/ASTM standards.

• Maintain test records and prepare reports.

• Check that lab equipment is working and calibrated.

• Guide and support lab technicians.

• Coordinate with clients for samples and reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, or similar.

• 2–5 years of experience in a material testing laboratory.

• Knowledge of building material testing methods; metal testing knowledge is an added benefit.

• Basic understanding of IS codes and testing standards.
